Getting Started

Yes we do! We see the different options below:

Monthly: NT$450 (NT$15 per day)
Quarterly: NT$990 (NT$11 per day)
Yearly: NT$2890 (NT$7.9 per day)

Please note that the price may differ slightly in other countries due to currency exchange rates
It depends on the level of the program you select. The average workout will last approximately 30 minutes for beginner's programs and 60 minutes for intermediate programs. We also provide you daily "quick workout" section in the app which consists of workouts that are 20 minutes or less!
If you started your 7-day free trial in the app, you will be automatically charged at the end of the 7-day trial.
If you started your 14-day free trial via the website, you will be automatically charged at the end of the 14-day trial .
Nüli uses Stripe, a US-based payment platform, to process all subscription payments via the nuli.app website. Consequently, when users make the subscription via the website and make the payment via credit card, the issuing bank will charge approximately 1.5% foreign transaction fees (the actual amount would vary according to the regulations of issuing bank).

Managing Your Account

• Website:
1. Go to account.nuli.app > login to your account.
2. Locate the subscription info box on the page.
3. Tap the [change plan] button at the bottom of the subscription info box.
4. Select your new plan and tap [Continue]. For security reasons, you will be asked to re enter your credit card information. After entering the information, tap [Continue] once more and your subscription will be successfully updated.

• Apple Store:

1.Go to Settings on your phone
2. Tap your Name at the top.
3. Tap "Subscriptions".
4. Choose Nüli as the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Select your desired plan.

• Google Play:

The Google Play Store does not offer the ability to directly change your subscription plan. In order to change your subscription plan, you must first cancel your current subscription directly, then select and purchase the new subscription choice.
* Please note: If you change your subscription before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open "Google Play Store".
2. Check if you are signed into the correct Google account.
3. Tap the [Menu] and then [Subscribe].
4. Select "Nüli App" and click [Cancel Subscription].

5. Re-open the Nüli app and select a new subscription plan.

• I purchased via Website:
1. Go to
account.nuli.app > login to your account.
2. Locate the subscription info box on the page.
3. If you would like to cancel your subscription, click the [Cancel Plan] button on the button right corner of the subscription info box. The cancellation request will be sent to our back office and you will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation was completed.

• I purchased via Apple Store (iOS):

1. Go to the Settings on your phone
2. Tap your Name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Choose Nüli as the subscription that you want to manage
5. Tap [Cancel Subscription]. Once you have cancelled, your subscription will stop at the end of current billing cycle. If there is no [Cancel Subscription] shown on the screen, it means that you have already cancelled.

• I purchased via Google Play (Android):

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open "Google Play Store".
2. Check if you are signed in to the correct Google account.
3. Tap the [Menu] and then [Subscribe].
4. Select "Nüli App" and click [Cancel Subscription].

If you purchased your subscription via the website, please send an email to support@nuli.app to request a refund.

If you purchased your subscription via Apple or Google, you will need to contact their support team.

If your payment has failed, here are some possible reasons:

1. The card details you have entered is incorrect.
2. You forgot to enter CVC or you might have entered it incorrectly.
3. There are't sufficient funds with the card you are purchasing from.
4. Your bank may have declined the transaction. Please contact your bank for further information.

If your subscription has expired, but you haven't cancelled, here are some possible reasons:

1. The card info you have entered has expired.
2. There aren't sufficient funds with the card you are purchasing from.

Yes, you can use the same account to access to the app with different devices if you purchased your subscription on our website. However, you are not able to access the app with different devices at the same time.

Please note that if your purchased from Apple Store, you are not able to access through any Google devices. If you purchased from Google Play, you are not able to access through any Apple devices.
Yes, your account will automatically billed for your next subscription payment unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

You can restore your subscription with the same account you have already created.
Please tap "forgot password" on the log in page. You will receive an email to reset your password.

App FAQ

Please ensure that your Nüli app has been updated to the latest version. If you continue to experience the error in the app, please contact us at support@nuli.app or go to Settings in the app and tap Contact Us.

Please note that you can only use Nüli when your phone is connected to cellular data or a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Before you start a program, it will show the equipment needed for each program. Select the one that best suits your training environment. Whether you train at a gym or home, Nüli has it all covered!
Yes, this is only the beginning!

There is no perfect diet. We strongly suggest you find a diet that is sustainable for you. It is really important to fuel your body with the right food. Go to your Nüli home page > tap "Manage" under the name of the current program > Change to the desired week.
1. Go to [Profile].
2. Tap the "Setting icon" on the top right corner of the Profile page.
3. You will see the language setting > Change to the desired language.
If you are using iPhone, please ensure that you turn on the physical sound switch on the side of your phone.
For Android users, please turn off "silent mode".

Yes you can! However, please note that the app is unable to pause your music when you are watching an exercise demo or yoga video. But don't worry! We have Chinese and English subtitles for the exercise demo videos.

Community

1. Go to [Profile].
2. Tap the "Setting icon" on the top right corner of the Profile page.
3. You will see the "The Nüli Community" > Tap [Go & Share] button > The app will bring you to our private Facebook group!
